Overview

Email Finder & Email Extractor (“the Extension”) is a Chrome browser extension that finds email addresses on webpages you visit and stores them locally in your browser so you can review and export them.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Extension handles, how it is stored, and what we do not do with your data.

Single purpose

The Extension’s only purpose is to extract email addresses from webpages and help you manage those leads locally in your browser.

Information we process

The Extension processes the following information on your device:

1. Personally identifiable information

• Email addresses found on webpages (from visible page text, mailto: links, and certain HTML attributes)

2. Website content

• Text and link content on pages you visit, scanned in the browser solely to detect email addresses
• The Extension does not upload full page HTML, images, or other media to any server

3. Source page information (limited browsing data)

• For each saved email, the Extension may store the URL and domain of the page where it was found, and timestamps (firstFoundAt / lastFoundAt)
• This is not a full browsing history. The Extension does not use Chrome’s History API and does not record every site you visit
